magic in cqcc exists in four different forms ! people who are able to use it are called practitioners or magicians - the former is far more common ! practitioners are seperated into four main groups:

• wizards
• mages
• witches
• enchanters

each of these groups have their own unique way of practicing magic, and their own laws and customs ! they are under the protection of one of four gods - known as their Watcher - and have their own leader, and their own unique ways of selecting that leader !

• a young girl wakes up after nightmares of things she hasn't done but knows have happened
• a stranger with scars creeps his way into the core of her small village

• when the two are forced to flee their home after a military cohort discover anj's identity, she takes this as an opportunity to take miri to the oracle, and convince her to embrace her destiny

• he is not a vampire in this version but we can assume that his name is still frank maclone
• a gritty soldier with scars down his face who will not rest until his war is won

• this one is bad
