- Play a game of any sort (board, card, video, computer, sports, etc) everyday
- Run 2 miles.
- Read 100 books.
- Spend more active time with the kids.
- Do something physically active everyday.
- Stretch daily.
- Vitamin daily.
- Drink enough water.
- Get enough rest.
- Start saying no when appropriate. Don't take on more than necessary.
- More social interaction.
- Watch what goes into my body and be smart about it.
