- Be mindful of what and how much I am putting into my body.
- Exercise daily, even if it's only heavy cleaning or the 8 minute tae bo tape.
- Do something small for myself everyday, even if it's only 10 minutes to write in my journal about something I've been thinking about.
- Cultivate the ability to say no.
- Play logic puzzles to keep my brain in shape.
- Spend more active time with the kids.
