  • Drinking fresh juice and being read Famous Five books, also on the veranda at Dulwich Hill.
  • Reading chapter books for the first time.
  • Winning the inter-patrol competition for the guides for the first time in 5-6 years.
  • Singing POTO with Sophie at the dinner table at camp.
  • Meeting Sasha at syezd... that initial conversation all on paper.
  • The Wednesday night at syezd, with the bonfire, up talking until 2am.
  • The Thursday night at syezd, the cubing, the couch, falling asleep.
  • The scout party that lasted all night.
  • Even though it was pretty intense, and emotional, it was also very honest; that Friday night in that alleyway freezing our butts off and bawling our eyes out.
