• One box of penne pasta.
  • Two Italian sausage links (Optional if you are vegetarian:)
  • A bag of frozen red, green and yellow peppers.
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • Classic tomato Sauce.
  • Cook the penne noodles until they are firm (you are going to be baking this)
  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Put the peppers in a pan on low hit (make sure you use non stick spray) and knock the chill off of them before you put them in the pasta and sauce.
  • A good tip, is ahead of time have the Italian sausages cooked ahead of time if you are going to put them in there. So the night before boil for about 12 minutes, then you are ready to go and just have to cut them up and stick them in.
  • Mix the sauces in a bowl.
  • Put the pasta, sausage, and peppers in a casserole dish or a 8x10 pan, then add the sauce mixture. With a serving spoon or something mix them all together.
  • Cover it with mozzarella cheese.
  • Put it in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

You should have left overs too!!!!!!:)
