I have a daily ongoing list of thing I love.
My new years resolution is to stop procrastinating, and get things done for myself. This is suppose to help. So far it's not, but it has helped with other things.

  • avoid tight fitting clothes
  • believe in you
  • have goals
  • stop thinking tomorrow will be a better today
  • stop a bad habit
  • do it today
  • strive to be excellent, not perfect
  • get enough sleep
  • stop trying to fix other people

  • everyone feels like everyone else, just not at the same time
  • people are unpredictable
  • letting go is better than maintaining control
  • absolutely no good can come over overthinking things
  • worrying about things won't stop the bad stuff from happening, it just keeps you from enjoying the good
  • smile. life is too short to be unhappy.
  • a day without laughter is a day wasted.
  • even if you are upset now, things will get better. life is beautiful.
  • only give your opinion when asked for it
  • the future is not a gift, it is a reward for what you do now
  • smile, dream, captivate and inspire
  • what is the point of being alive if you don't try and do something remarkable
