some personal highlights

• the stagger mechanic! honestly one of my fav iterations of it tbh. the satisfaction of air juggling a monster and nailing the timing of the stagger → launch → com/com/com → smite/scourge sequence
• the duos and all the character drama!
  • sazh & vanille in particular:
    • vanille's guilt and "tired of living with guilt? then die with it."
    • "kindness like his, you don't forget."
    • them encouraging e/o in the battle dialogue, depending on your current paradigms and when they land a kill T__T (this is true for all the duos we get, but vanille calling sazh "pops" aaggghh)
• miss fang ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝) her battle lines showcase so much personality omgg
