- I constantly pull on my bangs when I notice they get in my eyes
- I get really itchy in the inner creases of my elbows and knees.
- I itch my hair among my hairline hoping it'll stimulate hair growth
- I twirl on my hair, or pull apart my dreads when they start to stick
- When showering to rinse my face off, I hold the water in my palms and blow into it
- Nervous Habits
- I always have to touch my face, like itching my nose or scratching my neck, pulling on my lip ring.
- I click the tops of my nails together, or start pulling at my cuticle, chip my nail polish
- I crack my knuckles and my toes.
- My mouth twitches or my teeth chatter, or I'll be really funny and start stuttering
- I bite my lip
- I pull on my sleeves or roll them up, or pull my shirt down
