Depression:
- apathetic to the world; nothing matters to me anymore
- apathy towards loved ones; I don't want to spend time with friends or family
- asexuality
- constant seeking of reassurance or approval
- constantly feeling as if I need to nap every single afternoon
- easily fatigued; walking to the kitchen for water is physically exhausting
- excessive sensitivity to criticism or disapproval
- feelings of guilt and shame
- irregular sleeping pattern
- irritability; annoyed easily by the smallest of things
- loss of appetite
- loss of interest in the things I once loved; music, writing, movies
- mood swings
- occasional anhedonia

Anxiety:
- accelerated heart beat

- difficulty to stand still in public; loss of balance and feeling as if I'm going to fall face first
- dizziness; feeling as if I'm swaying side to side or back and forth unintentionally
- excessive blinking, almost to the point of crying

- panic attacks
- permanently nervous
- producing excessive saliva
- stomach pains
- sweating profusely; hands, forehead, face
OCD:
- cannot bear the number zero or odd numbers, e.g. TV volume has to be on a certain number
- constantly checking that electrical devices are turned off
- dermatillomania (scalp, back, face)
- excessive planning, procrastinating, and list making
- finding myself counting very unnecessary things, e.g. the number of steps taken when walking or even things like the number of letters in a word/sentence
- frustrated by hair on clothes and loose threads
- hand-washing obsession, will only wash with liquid soap
- iTunes songs have to be capitalised in the right places, with commas and hyphens if necessary
- locking all windows and doors; checking under bed and in closet
- nail biting
- objects need to be aligned in a specific way
- perfectionism
- tidiness
- won't drink out of plastic cups
Eating disorder:
- binge eating
- excessive calorie counting
- starvation
- tendency to weigh self more than three times each day
Mania:
- attention seeking behavior
- decreased need for sleep
- energetic and reckless
- hypersexuality
- ideas flit through the mind in quick succession
- impulsiveness
- inappropriately seductive appearance or behavior
- inflated self-esteem
- sexuality confusion
- talkativeness
- tendency to believe relationships are more intimate than they actually are
- the feeling of being capable of everything
Anger:
- breaking things
- cannot control nerves
- extreme, violent thoughts
- profanity
- tendency to lash out on others
Vaginismus:
- to be afraid of intercourse with a partner
- not able to insert tampons
- not able to insert a finger
- burning or stinging
Dyspnea:
- uncomfortable awareness of breathing
Allergies:
- allergic to band-aids
- allergic to nickel metal
Other:
- catatonia
- dislikes the letter A
- foot and leg cramps
- singular hiccups
