- Don’t forget to bring your CMA Music Festival tickets (if they were mailed to you), parking pass (if you purchased one), and any other CMA Music Festival materials that you will need when you arrive.
- Don’t forget your sunscreen. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes and summer-time clothing.
- Be sure to drink plenty of fluids.
- Bring your camera and your autograph book. A Photo Line will be available at Daytime Stages and LP Field, allowing you to get up close photos of your favorite stars performing. You will also want your camera as you adventure through the Fan Fair Hall, capturing your favorite stars in their booths.
- Know where your parking area is located. If you are with a large group, designate a meeting place and time.
- Make reference to your maps, shuttle and show schedules that can be found in your CMA Music Festival program and pocket agenda.
- Be sure to carry proper identification at all times.
- First and foremost, put on a pair of comfortable shoes. The Nashville Convention Center is a large venue and remembering to pick out comfortable footwear and clothing will enhance your overall experience.
- Suntan lotion is not necessary at this particular venue. With the convenience of an indoor facility comes the luxury of air-conditioning. Attendees often find refuge from the heat in the Fan Fair® Hall.
- Food and beverages will be available in several locations throughout the Nashville Convention Center. No outside food or beverages are allowed at any venue.
- How do I get an autograph? Many exhibitors hand-out a pre-determined amount of tickets from their booth. Ticket quantities are directly associated to how much time the Artist will be signing. Tickets also allow fans the opportunity to do/see other things instead of waiting in line all day. Remember that not everyone attending will be able to get an autograph from each artist participating. However, keep your camera ready, as you never know what Artist might walk by.
- Bring cash
