First month of paleo...wish me luck! I am the only one in my household starting this lifestyle so my aim is to attain a 60% strict diet.

  • breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg (sliced) + 1/2 avocado (sliced) + 5 small pcs of chicken breakfast (marinated with s&p, cooked with butter) + 1 tbsp olive oil + 1/2 tsp white pepper // 12 oz of ginger water
  • lunch: handful of spinach + turkey + handful of sunflower seeds + 1/2 avocado (sliced) + 1 tbsp olive oil (blegh used too much) + ground black pepper
  • snacks: homemade mango ice, hardboiled egg
