  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp (heaping) wheat germ
  • 2 tsp (heaping) ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbs amaranth
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt (for topping)
  • Maple Syrup (for topping)

The Night Before

  • Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add above mixture. Cover. Turn the heat off.

In the Morning

  • Gently re-heat and add water as needed. Optional: Top with greek yogurt and maple syrup.
