- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp (heaping) wheat germ
- 2 tsp (heaping) ground flaxseed
- 1 tbs amaranth
- Dash of cinnamon
- Greek yogurt (for topping)
- Maple Syrup (for topping)
The Night Before
- Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add above mixture. Cover. Turn the heat off.
In the Morning
- Gently re-heat and add water as needed. Optional: Top with greek yogurt and maple syrup.
