- eat less but good food
- put an end to mindless snacking and overeating
- only eat gluten if the aftermath is really worth it

- sleep more, at least more than 5 hours a night
- get rid of the severe dark circles under eyes caused by lack of sleep
- no drugs, cigarettes and very little alcohol
- spend less time on grooming in the morning
- less makeup
- wash my hair less
- stop touching my face
- stop doing the weird things i do when i'm nervous or stressed out like picking on scars or pulling out hair
- watch a movie every week
- study even harder
- get the lowest possible score for the master's programme in clinical nutrition before summer
- go swimming once a week alone or with a friend
- stop procrastinating
- do the homework straight after classes
- eat more hand burgers
- eat breakfast and lunch
