- do not analyze myself so extremely
- don't be overdramatic
- when i get upset, i should do something physical in response
- when i'm sad, i should really make the attempt to do something that makes me happy
- believe that i am important, i deserve to be treated fairly, i am good, decent and a strong person
- stand up for myself instead of subjecting myself to belittlement
- not wait for other people to take the initiative in matters of my happiness
- move beyond saying something and simply take action
- not take myself so seriously, and laugh at my faults; growing to understand that im not perfect, not by my standards or others and i never will be
- take my mistakes and realize i can chalk them up for experience
- i need to learn NOT to punish myself for the faults of others
- not make excuses for other people
- giving people a second chance is one of my best qualities but some people don't deserve a third chance that i often( mostly) give
- wake up grateful and ambitious,preferably with a smile
- make sure to take care of myself physically, spiritually, mentally. it needs to be a top priority, not an afterthought
- learn to let go, even if it hurts or confuses me
- learn to have more patience
- learn to accept some things as they are, my love, intelligence and willpower cant and will not always change things.
- make more time each day to express myself, through written word, art, or whatever medium( Priority)
- learn to meditate and calm myself.
