• do not analyze myself so extremely
  • don't be overdramatic
  • when i get upset, i should do something physical in response
  • when i'm sad, i should really make the attempt to do something that makes me happy
  • believe that i am important, i deserve to be treated fairly, i am good, decent and a strong person
  • stand up for myself instead of subjecting myself to belittlement
  • not wait for other people to take the initiative in matters of my happiness
  • move beyond saying something and simply take action
  • not take myself so seriously, and laugh at my faults; growing to understand that im not perfect, not by my standards or others and i never will be
  • take my mistakes and realize i can chalk them up for experience
  • i need to learn NOT to punish myself for the faults of others
  • not make excuses for other people
  • giving people a second chance is one of my best qualities but some people don't deserve a third chance that i often( mostly) give
  • wake up grateful and ambitious,preferably with a smile
  • make sure to take care of myself physically, spiritually, mentally. it needs to be a top priority, not an afterthought
  • learn to let go, even if it hurts or confuses me
  • learn to have more patience
  • learn to accept some things as they are, my love, intelligence and willpower cant and will not always change things.
  • make more time each day to express myself, through written word, art, or whatever medium( Priority)
  • learn to meditate and calm myself.
