  • tell people what you think of them (you don't need false friends)
  • document the good days (and perhaps the bad, too)
  • be grateful
  • make your family proud
  • read more books
  • stop fighting and learn to live with your ghosts
  • volunteer
  • sleep/wake up earlier
  • burn every bridge that leads to nowhere
  • stop getting jealous
  • worry less / move on
