- be nice to people (even when they treat you like crap)
- concentrate on your studies (you hold the key to your own future)
- buy yourself nice things more often
- think happy thoughts instead of angry ones (when angry, take a deep breath and count to one hundred)
- eat more healthily
- exercise regularly
- make new friends, online and IRL
- tell people what you think of them (you don't need false friends)
- document the good days (and perhaps the bad, too)
- be grateful
- make your family proud
- read more books
- stop fighting and learn to live with your ghosts
- volunteer
- sleep/wake up earlier
- burn every bridge that leads to nowhere
- stop getting jealous
- worry less / move on
