• drink coffee 1 hour before working out
  • do 3 sets of 12 - basic exercises - daily
    • lunges
    • push-ups
    • squats
    • sit-ups
  • eat salmon
  • drink a lot of water (w/ lemon!)
  • don't eat past 7pm
  • do 30 mins of cardio daily
