user picture trista: I feel like you are giving Let the Right One In WAAAAY too many props here. I don't believe that you liked it more than Vicky Christina Barcelona and Quantum of Solace. I feel like the WORLD is giving Let the Right One In waaay too much love. its like Doubt. except like 10 percent less shitty. jan 21 2009
user picture Daniel W.: I definitely liked it a lot more than Quantum of Solace. That was just a fun, dumb action movie. And Vicky Christina Barcelona, while fun, hasn't really stayed with me. Let The Right One In HAS stayed with me. It had some of the greatest moments I've ever seen in a horror movie, and an AMAZING ending. But those two are really pretty much tied -- I didn't really put much thought into the order of my honorable mentions. You are right though, the world is giving Let The Right One In too much credit... but if you compare it to other horror movies and other vampire movies, it DESTROYS them. It doesn't belong on the IMDB top 250, but its one of the best horror films I've ever seen. And since we saw a shitty version, we couldn't see how beautifully shot the movie is. That's usually one of the first things people mention about it.
user picture trista: huh. I didnt like it very much. like, the movie. It was pretty boring. I feel like it could have been better. Arent they remaking it in english already??
user picture trista: ours have both changes so much! and now they are very different from each other! what made you drastically bump the dark knight up? feb 2 2009
user picture jani: what? revolutionary road was awesome! mar 26 2010
