• 1 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
• 1/4 ts salt
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1/4 c. oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 ts vanilla

For 8x8 pan, double for 13x9. Mix dry ingredients, stir together butter and oil into dry, beat in eggs and vanilla, pour into greased pan, bake 350 for 30 minutes.

• 1/2 c sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 ts vanilla
• pinch salt

Beat all together and pour over brownies
