• 2 1/4 c flour
  • 3/4 ts salt
  • 2/3 c cold butter
  • 4-5 tb ice water

Blend dry ingredients, cut in butter. Stir in water into well in center, shape into ball, handling sparingly. Pat out half onto wax paper floured, roll another wax paper on top. Place in pan. Fill, top with other rolled half, cut steam slits.
