• 12 oz Guinness Stout
• 1/2 c milk
• 1/2 c oil
• 1 tb vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 c sour cream

Mix all.

• 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
• 2 c sugar
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 ts baking soda

Mix dry ingredients separately. Add to wet ingredients. Butter, oil or paper 24 muffin tins. Fill with batter, bake 25 minutes, cool.

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c heavy cream
• 1 lb powdered sugar

Beat cheese, add and beat cream, slowly add sugar and beat for frosting.
