• 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 c shredded Parmesan
  • 1 jar marinated artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 8 oz monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • red pepper flakes

Saute onions in butter, mix spinach then cheeses in order above, top with monterey jack and pepper flakes.
