- It's always good to be honest, but not brutally honest. Just because you have the truth on your side, that doesn't give you the permission to hurt someone's feelings in the process.
- Always be kind. You don't know what the other person may be going through.
- Be grateful for what you have, there are so many others less fortunate.
- Try a food before you say you don't like it.
- Always use your turn signals.
- Be respectful.
- Be polite. A little courtesy goes a long way.
- Karma always comes around, so be careful of what you send into the world.
- Be positive, you can do anything you set your mind to.
- You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you need (thanks Rolling Stones).
- If you don't know or need help, don't be afraid to ask.
- I may not always like what you do, but I will always love you.
- Don't lie, because the truth always comes out eventually.
- Just because it's in the house, it's not yours for the taking. If it doesn't belong to you, ask first.
- Don't text while driving. Ever.
- Listen to other's opinions. You don't have to agree with them or even like them, just hear them out.
