- 12/31/08-1/1/09: New Year's Eve/Day
- I didn't do anything for New Year's because I was sick. Brandon went to the 440 but came home around 11:30 so we could start the new year together.
- 2/14/09: Valentine's Day
- Brandon and I had a date, but not Valentine's specific, the night before V-Day. On Valentine's Day he was in New York with Word For Word playing a show. I made him a cute card with bats on it. I didn't get anything but oh well.
- 3/17/09: St. Patrick's Day
- Brandon and I went to TGIFridays to have beers with his cousin Justin, his girlfriend Melanie, and her friend Sarah. It was actually a lot of fun. We had green beer!!
- 4/12/09: Easter
- I don't remember what I did. I don't think I did anything for Easter.
- 7/4/09: Independence Day
- Brandon went to a BBQ to play a WFW show and I went to my Auntie Viv's for the family BBQ. After the BBQ I took Sojourn to Target to shop a little. At home, Sojourn, Winter, Vesper, and I played Disney Monopoly in my room with Oliver and Company in the background. Then we all (even my mom and dad) hung out in the living room and watched A Series of Unfortunate Events. No fireworks. I guess none of us wanted to deal with traffic and stuff. I kinda wish we had gone to see some fireworks though.
- 10/31/09: Halloween
- The day before Halloween was the "Halloween Show" at Anchors Up! Death Threat, Yellow Stitches, Word For Word, Ignorance, Hammer Bros. - it was an awesome show and so much fun! I got sick the next day on the actual Halloween, so I didn't go to the party in Manchester with Brandon.
- 11/26/09: Thanksgiving
- Tom, Sara, and Kaylor came up for the week before Thanksgiving. I worked on Monday and had the rest of the week off. It was exhausting, but mostly fun. We had Thanksgiving dinner at my house, and went to my cousin Jen's house for dessert.
- 12/24/09-12/25/09: Christmas Eve/Day
- On Christmas Eve I worked and got out at around 3. I went to get a couple last minute gifts at Target and then went home. I hung out with my parents, Brandon, and Gram all night and then we all opened gifts the next morning. I got my mom a bunch of scrapbooking stuff, my dad a book and a computer game, a Dunkin's gift card for Gram, and for Brandon I got a Blackberry Curve 8330, the Out Cold DVD, The Hangover DVD, and an Agnostic Front CD. I got a pretty necklace with a key and a denim pearl on it from Etsy from my mom and dad, The Mist DVD, Home Alone DVD, and 4 Vampire movies DVD, a cool water bottle for work, a mug/photo frame set and a really cute little mini mug ornament from Brandon. Bob, Eleashia and the kids came over that night for a big turkey dinner.
