Morning:
- 6:00 am - Wake up slowly for a few minutes.
- 6:15 am - Get out of bed and make coffee/tea.
- Stretch while it's being made.
- Take vitamins and meds.
- 6:30 - Take Maggie for a quick 15 minute walk.
- 6:45 - Shower
- 7:00 - Get dressed
- 7:10 - Brush teeth, hair, and put on (a little bit of) makeup
- 7:20 - Leave for work.
During the day:
- Quickfire Challenge
- Track food (incl. dinner from night before)
- Balance checkbook as I spend money
- Exercises (M,W,F)
Evening:
- Take Maggie for a 20-30 minute walk - fast paced.
- Stretch
- Pick up rooms
- Do laundry
- Do homework
- Read / draw / write something
