Morning:

  • 6:00 am - Wake up slowly for a few minutes.
  • 6:15 am - Get out of bed and make coffee/tea.
    • Stretch while it's being made.
    • Take vitamins and meds.
  • 6:30 - Take Maggie for a quick 15 minute walk.
  • 6:45 - Shower
  • 7:00 - Get dressed
  • 7:10 - Brush teeth, hair, and put on (a little bit of) makeup
  • 7:20 - Leave for work.

During the day:

  • Quickfire Challenge
  • Track food (incl. dinner from night before)
  • Balance checkbook as I spend money
  • Exercises (M,W,F)

Evening:

  • Take Maggie for a 20-30 minute walk - fast paced.
  • Stretch
  • Pick up rooms
  • Do laundry
  • Do homework
  • Read / draw / write something
