• drink enough water so that pee is pale/clear
  • eat at least 2 servings of fruit a day
  • eat at least 2 servings of vegetables
  • 1 serving = approximately one fistful
  • get enough calcium! one large cup of milk + yogurt + greens
  • keep up with skin regime!
    • daytime: cleanse, treatment, moisturize (spf)
    • nighttime: cleanse, toner, tree tea oil moisturizer, night gel-cream, treatment, spot treatment
  • do some cardio and yoga on a daily basis
