- help build houses (habitat for humanity)
- take CPR classes and get certification
- do some sort of volunteer abroad at least once
- support a child (those programs)
- FIMRC trip sophomore or junior year
- write random nice notes & drop them into deis mailboxes
- colleges against cancer hope lodge
