i am thinking it's a sign that the freckles in our eyes are mirror images and when we kiss they're perfectly aligned. and i have to speculate that God himself did make us into corresponding shapes like puzzle pieces from the clay - Iron & Wine

• credit card is way up there in the $3000's now...oh dear
• why does it cost over $400 to get my dogs vaccinated and wormed?
• if i spend $3.50 every morning of the work week on a coffee, at the end of the year, it will have cost me over $900 - now that's what i call an addiction!
• if i had a dollar for every time i had to sign a form this year, i could retire...
• i try to stay up past midnight so i can download movies and use my off-peak downloads and get my $45 a months worth, but it's so hard to stay up late.
• we had to cancel our cruise booking because we bought a TV and need to buy a new couch
• Every second thursday (pay day) at 9.15am my bank balance is back down to $0 after paying bills...this is no way to live!

through the summer and the fall, we had each other, that was all. just she and i together, like it was meant to be.

and when she was lonely i was there to comfort her, and i knew that she loved me.

so the years when by, i stayed the same. but she began to drift away. i was left alone.

still i waited for the day when she'd say, 'i will always love you'.

lonely and forgotten, never thought she'd look my way. she smiled at me and held me just like she used to do, like she loved me, when she loved me.

• Tessa started working at the Uni, I love having her around
• I haven't quit smoking yet.
• We're heading to Fiji in October for our first official holiday in almost 4 years. I can't wait.
