Normally I like to just focus on all the goals I have, but I think there are some specific areas I want to focus on this month. Sooo here they are!
- Get to the point where I can do 3 pull-ups without kinda failing on the last one.
- Only run 60-65 miles. No more than that! I know that sounds weird, but I need to dedicate more time to tennis and strength training.
- Start tracking protein
- Enhh I hate this one, but I feel more comfortable when I'm about 3 pounds lighter during the summer. So yeah, weighed in at 123 this morning, I guess 120 is my goal. But seriously this is not a main goal, and I will not post any further about it cause that's not what my blog is about!
Non-fitness related goals:
- Stop having this weird thing with my fitness coach
- Talk to da new man in my life ;D
- Turn a year older!
- Try 8 new recipes
