- people saying/writing "should of" (should've), "would of" (would've), "could of" (could've) and giving me a blank stare when I tell them it's not "of" it's a declension of "have"
- the papery aftertaste of spread-from-the-fridge butter
- when people (especially on serious programs) say "lugzhery" (luxury), "jometry" (geometry), "jography" (geography) etc
- braless teenage girls bouncing around (like they don't know they bounce!)
- actors who look exactly the same in every role
- when people close the whole app (eg Word) and then double-click on the next file they want to look at rather than to open it from within the app
