- Save $20-$30 a fortnight
- Maintain my existing level of fitness, with a view to improving it
- Do a little cleaning/sorting/tidying/throwing out of unnecessary stuff every day
- Be much stricter with myself about what I buy - mindless stockpiling of toiletries and office products has to stop
- Be aware of how much sugar I am consuming and make a conscious effort to consume less (ie, read food labels and stop buying sugary junk)
- Get into the habit of doing least-favourite chores first (to get them out of the way)
- Have a better relationship with immediate family members
- Write in paper diary Every Damn Day
