- and that the reading check was subsequently postponed (due to the quiz on Tuesday)
- for calling my mother so that she felt warm and fuzzy

- for long, warm showers
- that my legs are all smooth
- that I still have several hours to try and finish my gorram Latin test
- that I got to spend most of the day in peaceful, relaxing solitude
