- eid al fitr this time around was festive compared to last year. the big family celebrated together in our hometown.
- girl's day out with ris and saf! we went to the breeze and aeon, spent hours exploring, took lots of photos and footages, hung out at a tea shop and splurged on skincare products.

- april
- ramadhan began on the first sunday of the month.
- had a reunion/iftar with high school friends. we went to a strip mall at first but it was so crowded that we had to move out. i was so happy to see them again after years.
- swang by little tokyo with mom. it's been years since my last visit. got myself a melonpan and cheese fromage.
- approaching the end of the month, i came to a realization that mom and i went to pasar modern every weekend during ramadhan. we never left without a bag of jajanan pasar.
- ris, saf and i watched power of love: the movie together. we planned to go to teras kota but ended up at transmart bintaro instead due to miscommunication. it was a delightful experience though.
- i recently got into snowman, especially meguro ren. his portrayal of ida in kieta hatsukoi left an impression on me, so i digged around and discovered that he was not only an actor but also a part of an idol group. i've been having the time of my life going through their youtube content.
- odi flew back for the holiday and the four of us met up for buka bersama at a cafe where a high school friend of ours works at.
- dad and i decided to join the mudik mass by car. we were on the road for 21 hours! it usually takes us 12-13 hours.

- sister's birthday. same as mom's, well wishes and prayers go to the heavens.
- had a meltdown late into the night one day and called up odi on instinct. we ended up talking for 3 hours with me mostly listening to her attack on titan ramble.
- extended my driver's licence for the first time in my life and felt like a proper adult.
- finally talked to ki again after our last call months ago. my heart sang listening to her recounting her journey with much enthusiasm. we also decided together on our wedding gifts for iz.
- nis and i ate mie ayam for lunch 2 days in a row . they have their recipe RIGHT.
- unwrapped birthday presents from buaji 2 days early completely by accident. cute stickers! they know me so well.
- iz' wedding day. the gmeet kept crashing so i couldn't attend the procession but ki thoughtfully recorded some parts. i wish iz the best in her new chapter of life with her loved one.
- i rode the mrt for the first time with saf and odi! we basically spent the day at GI. we shared a huge slice of delicious carrot cake and watched jjk 0 after. it was a day well spent with them.
- met up with iz at kokas. our other friend briefly dropped by and it was a wonderful little reunion. i was thrilled to ride the krl for the first time since 2020.

- i was tested positive for COVID-19 and was down with fever for 3 days. the virus has been running rampant all over again since late january.

- mom drove me on my first day back to work after recovering from COVID-19. it took me back to middle school days when mom would drove me and my sister to school every morning.
- odi was tested positive for COVID-19 as well, 2 weeks after me. we were so worried with her living alone and far away from us. the best we could do was deliver warm meals, instant food and bottled drinks to her doorstep with the help of gojek and check up on her regularly.
- the 2022 japanese film festival officially began on february 14. i have 9 films on my list but i don't think i'll manage to check off even a quarter of them.
- tried out ketupat padang tunjang that was recommended by dad's friend with mom. the food was good and the middle age couple who owned the place were amiable. the same friend also recommended a newly opened coffee shop across the street. it was amazing. their es kopi moka was awesome, the interior design was lovely and we got 25% discount on all menu. what a deal. i'd love to come back one day.
- worked over time for the first time and had a heated argument with a senior coworker lol
- ris' birthday! which coincided with vernon and dk. we celebrated it together over the phone and we were glad to know that our presents arrived safely and that she liked them all.
- dew's placement result was announced and she moved away soon after. much further than odi. i couldn't help but feel upset for awhile. more than anything though, i wish her the best in her journey.
- mom's birthday. our family don't really celebrate birthdays so we just greeted her happy birthday and prayed for her. a few days after though, mom brought home croissants and cheesecakes made by her bestfriend's daughter. it was super delicious.

- went to the movies for the first time since the pandemic striked and watched spider man: no way home.
- mom packing me lunch daily, unceasingly, even when we were on a quarrel
- sister recommended okky madasari to me and lent me a copy of her the outcast as a starting point

- girls day out with sister in senayan. we had the halal guys for lunch (tried their falafel and it was delicious) and took her to old chan kee for the first time
- occasional homecooked meals made by brother
- reread my collection of yotsuba&! and nothing has changed since the days of my childhood. it was still my favorite slice of life manga series.
- family lunch at our favorite seafood restaurant in town which i last visited 5 years ago
- nasi liwet for lunch at the meeting room. we all ate together for once, it was both delicious and delightful.
- met up with a dear high school friend, delicious (but unfortunately expensive) early dinner, catching up for the lost years and an impromptu visit to the pharmacy which pleasantly surprised me because apparently we favor the same brand of skincare
- girls day in at saf's. dew crashed her car twice, saf and i tried mac and cheese hot dog (it was so good) and saf gifted us cute phone straps.
