- along Daugavas shore theres a promenade, where people walk around Daugas shore with their dogs, friends, go rollerskating or biking, even on picnics and for a chess game
- we have big rows of stores filled with chinese junk
- we have the only russian Lido, which is basically a place where you can dine traditional latvian cuisine
