• I accidentaly broke the right headphone jack of my local arcade's Pop'n Music cab. My life is officially ruined

• started playing SMT Devil Survivor Overclocked after having been firmly hyperfixated on DeSu2 in april 2021. It's fun but I suck at tactical RPGs sadly.
• suffering from arcade rhythm game withdrawal (< hasn't been there for two weeks)
• now chronically obsessed with the idea of making a custom nendoroid of my top fav EO character
• the SDVX printer of the local arcade got activated for a day so I printed 2 cards ! Wish I took the time to print more...

• really wanna go to all the libraries in my city to check their manga section with the delusional hopes of finding a random Yozakura Quartet volume (it's not popular thus probably not even restocked in stores) (if I find one I will be the happiest man on earth)

• developping a fixation over the weirdo autistic coded Kagerou Project guy (Konoha) despite barely caring about KagePro on its own
• I usually only hc characters as trans as their canon gender (e.g : guy in canon->trans guy) with a few exceptions depending on if it seems plausible with their backstory, but I will headcanon Rei Hatada as a trans guy till the day I die even if nothing in canon ever suggests it.

• looked up more things about Happy Saint Sheol, an indie VN I randomly heard of back in November iirc. It should release in english later this year. I can't wait to play it because it definitely looks 1) deranged 2) soul-crushing

• started playing AINI seriously and it sure does go hard. I find it incredibly hard to put down when I had to take a lot of breaks when playing AITSF, it's funny to compare
  • It's so joever. I got the Bibi brainrot. My opinion on her did an entire 180° rotation during her Somnium. I get it now.

• Finished AINI on the 9th, evening. It's so over. I am devastated I don't have a third game to await playing for next summer. And also that my daily ritual of finishing a Somnium a day is over. I wanna cry.

• slowly going through Sakuzyo's and goreshit's discographies... big fan of Paragraph by sakuzyo and Tomboyish love for soda pop and apple sweets by goreshit respectively
• If no one is gonna draw fanart for the upcoming niche game nobody knows about then it's surely my life duty (tfw drawing countdown fanart for Crymachina) (just like with Monark in Feb '22...!)

• thanks to Miko being obsessed with the game again, I started playing Fantasy Life as well and I am too obsessed with it. We're insane about this game since now 10 years ? It sure is the circle of life
• Crymachina released it's so peak. It even has 2 ASMR tracks done by a main character's VA. How peak is that. (I'm not overly into ASMR but I gotta say they're very relaxing here...)

• Happy Saint Sheol's english demo dropped out of nowhere on the 23th literally like a christmas present LOL I'm absolutely enamoured by the game and cast already. I can't wait for it to release fully SO BAD it's almost ridiculous

END OF THE YEAR IMPRESSION

• This year felt... pretty empty overall ?
• Nothing really stand out except the Palavas trip in July and my admission into art school (+ the hardcore arcade hyperfixation for about half of the year)...
• I did meet new mutuals/friends (Missa, Luis, Eden) though !
• And I got a Dollfie !
• And a terrific obsession for a game right before the year ended !!!
