under fifteen : dazai and chuuya hadn't joined the port mafia yet ( naima joined at fourteen ), so they weren't in naima's life.

fifteen : dazai meets chuuya , chuuya joins the port mafia , chuuya meets naima after , then naima meets dazai with chuuya on a mission , and the whole trio ( i'll sometimes call naiuuzai ) formed. though nothing much happened, the three of them did become a standard shonen anime teen trio , just messed up by the mafia.

sixteen : after the stormbringer arc , and close to the beginning of the dragon head rush , naima meets sumiko. sumiko will be naima's girlfriend for a while.

seventeen : this is naima's arc / canon event !! the dragon head rush arc happens , and early on, naima finds out that sumiko is a spy. though naima loved her, they kill sumiko and have a longg breakdown over it. a couple of months, to be exact. this breakdown alienated them from the port mafia ( esp dazai n chuuya , even though they help them out afterward ) even though they ended up working like a dog for it after colonel died. ill draw it sooner or later, but the "do we really look alike" moment between dazai and naima will happen.

eighteen : naima is going through her healing / redemption arc , and is trying their best to be a better friend. however, dazai just up and leaves the port mafia , leaving naima and chuuya alone. but .. alone together ( naiuuya is supposed to start here originally ). chuuya falls first , but had a harsher realization. naima fell harder , but knew how they wanted chuuya early on.

nineteen : things start to calm down for the port mafia. chuuya gets promoted to become an executive , and while celebrating with naima , she says , "i'm proud of you , really." and the praise makes chuuya realize that he either has fallen , or is about to fall for naima.

twenty : naima finally gets their flowers and becomes an executive after chuuya. but both of their days are gone from longing for the friendship , and possible intimacy , drinks , and soft gazes for , and from each other. they didn't confess properly, but after a soft kiss ... naima and chuuya finally become partners , not in just crime , but in love , too.
