- The place where Nova has the most power. Most people live here, since there's, like...houses. Things to do. It's not a jungle or lonely ice tower.
- Contains many important structures:
- the clock tower where Nova resides
- a Fountain of Dreams
- a greenhouse/laboratory
- a library
- an observatory/hospital
- Situated in the valley on top of a structure very similar to Fogbound Lake from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, waterfalls and all. The mountains surrounding it have caverns that are connected here and there.
- A shifting landscape that takes from many other places aside from...well, the City of Wizards. The clock tower and fountain stay in the same place, but everything else just kinda...goes where it wants. People here just kinda deal with it.
- There was once a Ferris wheel that was likely connected to the passage of time, but it seems to have vanished now that the time issues are gone. But...we're not entirely sure, and likely never will be.
- The city itself is situated in a small valley surrounded by vast mountains. The protection Nova bestows on it means that it's invisible to those who aren't looking for a home, blah blah blah. Oh, and also, Celeste Mountain is one of the surrounding mountains.
