- Holly's got the strongest connection to this place, and they go here to be emo. It's really not a nice place to be when you're not moping.
- A gigantic tower made completely from ice in the middle of the ocean, connected to the city by an ice bridge. It's completely empty, but could likely hold most everyone in case of an emergency. (100 floors, baby.)
- Because magic, the ice doesn't melt. It stays very cold, so it's recommended people bundle up. Frostbite probably could happen.
- If one can handle the cold, it could be a nice place to go for peace and quiet. But that's really it.
