✧ Got a free copy of Rebecca Minkoff new book "Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success"!

• She is one of my ALL TIME favorite designers and I was surprised when she sent me a complimentary copy of her book!
• I was actually thinking of purchasing her book too! lol

✧ My crafty/creative side has been coming back lately.

• Got into coloring! Ordered gel pens (should've gone with markers tbh) and a mandala coloring book.
  • Coloring with gel pens is more tedious and harder than it looks. My hand hurts already haha
• Started making bracelets again! It's been YEARS since I've made a friendship bracelet.
  • Fun fact: I used to sell friendship bracelets on Instagram before DMs, hashtags and the overall format of IG was the way it was now. Think 2012 Instagram!
  • I had some international customers from Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, as well as different states across America!
  • I might actually go back to selling and starting a proper business this time!

✧ Date Night

• Decided to stay local and not go to the city for once!
  • Went to a movie theater and saw Don't Breathe 2. Honestly, not bad, but not the story I was expecting.
• Dave & Buster's!
  • Played SO MANY games for $40 and had a drink each.
    • It was your typical simple date just playing games together and getting competitive :P
• It's been a while since we had a simple movie date! It had a "first date" type of vibe watching a movie and playing arcade games haha

✧ Pizza & Pier

• Another "TikTok made us do it" trip lol Tried a double stacked pizza in the city! Bottom Layer: baked ziti, Top layer: Pepperoni. Def need to try bottom layer of buffalo chicken and top layer Margherita lol
• After Pizza dessert/coffee at Starbucks Reserve!
  • The Shakerato Affogato is definitely my new fave! It has both of what I want after a meal: coffee and ice cream lmao
• Our usual pier spot :)
  • Got out the picnic blanket, mini table, laid out our desserts and drinks, and just laid on the grass looking at the sunset behind the skyline and stars in the sky.
    • I have NEVER felt so calm and realized that it was just what I needed. Large open space on the grass, sunsets, and just being in our own little world.
