I grew up in a small home with my single dad (mom had died when we were little) and my brother.

When I was 13, I found a game that my dad and his twin brother had worked on. I had heard that my uncle had disappeared after a test of the game, but I didn't think anything of it.

It was called SBURBia, a bootleg of SBURB. They had been trying to scale down the danger and the odds of paradoxes. So I gave my brother and two of my friends the game so we could play. This was the biggest mistake possible. We all got stuck within it, fighting our way through it. If anything, it was so much harder.

My group was joined by strange aliens. We teamed up and kept progressing. We all made it to God Tier, but we started stalling near the end. We had been in it for three years now and I was starting to lose it. I was the Knight of Mind, and I misused my powers.

I controlled my brother (Seer of Time) and one of the aliens (Sylph of Space) to created a universe in order to end the game without having to go through the final battle. This was not a victory. Without thinking twice, I ran away into this new universe. They closed it behind me, leaving me behind.

Made in haste, the new world was buggy. Stable superpowers were much more common, and a major name company had managed to create a regenerator.
