60-70% - pretty good!

40-50% - I'm pretty average

20-30% - meh... I could be so much better...

1-10% - pretty dangerous, probably on the verge of a breakdown, pretty depressed, etc

0% - suicidal, breaking down, please talk to me so I don't do anything stupid.
