- Open soap drawer
- LIQUID detergent - Tide or Purex
- fill 1/2 cup for big load, or really dirty
- Turn on washing machine
- Set load to NORMAL
- Set wash to COLD-COLD (for darks)
- Set spin speed to EXTRA HIGH
- less time in the dryer, but more wrinkles
- Note time to start the next load
