• share my thoughts with other people so they can be contaminated and help me kick them off
  • eat one chocolate (dessert) a week MANDATORY
  • take a long bath with bunch of cosmetics to orgorganize my ideas
  • drink coffee whenever I feel angry/depressed
  • make lists (this one is actually my idea)
  • not punish myself for not being able to magically taking big steps
  • free myself for moments of gastronomic indulgence
  • have beer with my bf
  • take a big breath before throwing my disappointments on people - THIS IS A MESS, NOT A CONVERSATION
  • ask for a couple of minutes to digest stuff before I can speak
  • and if I'm not able to do it by myself, call a friend to ask for help
  • create gaps to read related to my hobbies so I can have more creative ideas
