- my mom taught me how to make a local cake, it's called kue talam and kue apem gula merah (i love that my mom taught me to bake. she baked with love and always had a freezer stocked with cookies and brownies)
- my mom taught me how to cook nasi kuning and ayam goreng sambal ijo (my mom first taught me how to cook, she said, "the secret to cooking delicious meals is in the methods you use not in the extra ingredients, she said you can add all the fancy ingredients you like but if the method you cooked is wrong your food won't be delicious.")

- i just finished watch mingyu's thailand trip video, and i want to learn what techniques he must have used to editing videos and different effects which he put or use of any special camera lens editing techniques and what are they called etc. i am so inspired by him that also i want to learn now

- because this semester i'm taking linguistics specialization, so there is a BIPA strategy course that requires teaching practice. so, for the first time, i taught indonesian to foreign students. it was very difficult, but i got a lot of interesting things when i taught them
