Things I will do:
- Continue to get better at dealing with my anxiety.
- Be nicer to myself
- Drink more water (carry bottle with me)
- Berate myself less
- Get more sleep (in bed no later than midnight, accept that naps are okay)
- Learn how to let things go
Things I will leave behind:
- Unnecessary clutter
- All my clothes that I don’t like/that don’t fit
- At least half of the crap under by bed
- (Some of my) feelings of insecurity
- Excessive amounts of procrastination
- Start on homework by 4:30
