Things I will do:

  • Continue to get better at dealing with my anxiety.
  • Be nicer to myself
    • Drink more water (carry bottle with me)
    • Berate myself less
    • Get more sleep (in bed no later than midnight, accept that naps are okay)
  • Learn how to let things go

Things I will leave behind:

  • Unnecessary clutter
    • All my clothes that I don’t like/that don’t fit
    • At least half of the crap under by bed
  • (Some of my) feelings of insecurity
  • Excessive amounts of procrastination
    • Start on homework by 4:30
