- drink at least 2 liters of water daily
- don't drink soda during the week
- eat less sugar during the week
money:
- only buy something if extremally needed
- don't buy new books until i read the ones i already own
hobbies:
- read at least 10 pages weekly
- start by watching movies and tv shows from my waiting list (netflix, disney plus and stremio)
- use my planner
