Devon is the child of 18yo!Clementine and Kenny. Upon AJ’s death as an infant, Kenny spiralled into his worst depression so far, and Clementine, desperate to pull him out of it, offered him one last chance to get it right — by offering to have a child for him. As sick as he felt for it, he accepted, and several years later, the proposition ended up being worth it — Devon is now two years old and still going strong.

Outgoing, optimistic, and overall very pure for a child born in the apocalypse, Devie is a little sheltered by Kenny, but he’s a toddler, so it’s still excusable. He’s very friendly to any other survivors he meets, but even though he (more or less) knows how to use a knife, his first instinct is still to run away from any conflict, whether it be a walker or an intimidating human.

While he knows that Kenny is his father, Devon is unaware that Clementine is his mother. He thinks that she’s his adoptive sister, and that his biological mother is long dead. Clementine and Kenny have made a pact to take the truth to their graves.
