- going to be upfront here and say i spend most of my time on a locked account. i don't usually follow first on it and if i dont let you follow it's not because i dislike you, it's probably because i can't handle seeing what you post a lot and/or i think my tl is going too fast. i'm not posting my username but it's not hard to find and i'm not hiding it, so if you find it feel free to request! though i only ask that if i decline you once, please don't try again for at least a month.
- if i follow your locked, feel free to ask for mine, i'll give it to you like 99% of the time. it's pretty much only fair, but this is a one sided thing. if i let you follow my locked i don't expect you to let me follow your locked or something, considering i only use it as a slower tl and the rare personal tweet
