- Lose 10 lbs in the next two months
- Lose ~30lbs before Christmas 2009
- Start practicing Bikram Yoga when I'm more in shape
- Exercise at minimum 5 hours a week
- Build much greater upper body and core strength
- Become more flexible
- Get a gym membership for this school year
- Eat a healthy lunch at school everyday
