note: sometimes I also listen to music for no particular reason...like my ipod on shuffle or the radio in the car.
- Plans, Death Cab for Cutie is for listening to while going to sleep, especially when attempting to sleep in other countries or places far away from my own bed. As such, I have rarely heard the last tracks.
- So Much More, Brett Dennen is for listening to while writing in my journal, sometimes for sleeping on planes, and "The one who loves you the most" track is for anytime because it's beautiful.
- Wilco, especially A.M, is for listening to while doing homework that does not require complete silence. (Note: "Less than you think" must be deleted from productive homework doing playlist because it is disturbing)
- Sufjan Stevens, like Wilco, is for listening to while doing homework (especially Latin) and/or contemplating my life.
- RENT, for either 9 or 10 pm on Christmas Eve. Or if I feel like singing.
- Americana, Offspring was for moments when I was angry and shut myself in my room growing up.
- Little Plastic Castle, Ani Difranco is for when I feel critical of the world and the people in it.
- "Once" soundtrack is also for doing homework , especially Greek.
- Manu Chao is for background music with larger groups of people
- Los Rodriguez is for moments when I am nostalgic for last summer.
- Coti is for moments when I am nostalgic (especially for Spain) and/or when I need to think about my life.
