- cereal - corn and rice based/whole grain
- pasta - rice noodles only
- crackers - substitute rice cakes and popcorn
- no breaded foods, cookies or cakes
- FOCUS ON: meat, potatoes, veggies, fruit, eggs, fish, dairy, beans, seeds, nuts.
- CUT OUT/BACK ON:
- carbs (bread, pasta, crackers), flour-based sweets, fries, gravy/sauces, imitation meat, chips.
